Established for over 20 years

For over 20 years Charterhouse has invested in the UK property market.

During this time the company has diversified from acquiring portfolios of tenanted properties into residential and commercial investment and development.

Over the years Charterhouse has developed increasingly strategic data analysis measuring the performance of past acquisitions relative to overall market returns. We consider every property on total return basis, balancing short term returns with longer term growth potential.

"Charterhouse purchased a mixed portfolio through JLL, some of which had significant title issues. Their experience in dealing with complex transactions was invaluable."
