Charterhouse Standard Holdings Ltd was established in the early 1990’s with a remit to acquire and manage tenanted properties throughout the UK. Since this time the company has moved forward to acquire many hundreds of residential investment and development opportunities throughout the UK.

Corporate Strategy

The Company invests in residential property, which includes residential development opportunities within London and the South East. Where the Directors consider an opportunity exists to extract above-average returns for Shareholders, Charterhouse will consider investments which are outside of the areas described above. The company offers a unique proposition within the market place which few other property specialists have.
