Charterhouse identifies each project or acquisition as a ‘venture’. This involves setting up special purchase vehicles to fund larger projects enabling the asset management function to remain within the holding company. Joint Ventures

Charterhouse Joint Ventures is the acquisitions partner for an off shore fund which is administered by a well known asset management company. The fund deals with large scale development, residential investments and reversionary properties.
